This Privacy Policy describes how Swarmcheck, Inc. ("Swarmcheck", "we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website and services.
Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly (account details, billing info, support messages), information collected automatically (usage data, device and log data), and test artifacts generated when our agents exercise the apps you connect.
How we use information
To run the service, communicate with you, secure the platform, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
Test artifacts and recordings
Screenshots, videos, and traces produced during a test run are stored so you can review the evidence behind each verdict. By default, artifacts are retained for 30 days on paid plans. Enterprise customers can configure custom retention windows.
Credentials and secrets
Credentials used by agents (passwords, API keys, OAuth tokens) are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM and only decrypted in-memory inside the runtime that performs a run.
Sharing
We share information with service providers under contract, when required by law, and with your consent. We do not sell personal information.
Your rights
