By accessing or using Swarmcheck, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the services.
Accounts
You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
Acceptable use
Don't use Swarmcheck to break the law, infringe rights, attack the service, or run agents against systems you don't have permission to test.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance. Usage above your included run quota is billed monthly. Refunds are handled case-by-case.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to your content and the apps you connect. We retain rights to the services and our software.
Disclaimers
The services are provided "as is" without warranties. Test verdicts are best-effort — review them before relying on them in production decisions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Swarmcheck's liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
